As a CIC, donations are a major lifeline and help us pay for the day to day running of the café so we can continue the work we do.
There are three ways you can support us. Direct monitary donations, signing up with Easydonations, and buying meal tokens in our Pay It Forward scheme. Read on to find our more.

If you would like to financially support our mission, the valuable work we do within the community and enable us to continue to welcome everyone at Café ReCharge, regardless of their financial situation please consider donating. Here you can choose to make a one off donation, or set up a regluar amount. Every penny is truely appreciated and put directly into running the café for everyone to enjoy.
Café ReCharge CIC needs to raise funds for our day-to-day operations to provide meals for all and for other charitable purposes. Fundraising, payments and donations will be processed and administered by the National Funding Scheme, operating as DONATE, a charity registered in England and Wales (1149800) and Scotland (SC045106). Making donations is simple and free!
Did you know that whenever you buy anything online – from your weekly shop to your annual holiday – you could be raising FREE donations for Café ReCharge with easyfundraising?
There are over 8,000 retailers on board ready to make a donation – including Amazon, eBay, Argos, Tesco, John Lewis & Partners, ASOS, Booking.com and M&S – and it won’t cost you a penny extra to help us raise funds.
All you need to do is:
1. Go to our sign up page on easyfundraising website and join for free.
2. Every time you shop online, go to easyfundraising first to find the site you want and start shopping.
3. After you’ve checked out, the retailer will make a donation to Café ReCharge at no extra cost to you whatsoever!
You can even download an app that will alert you when you visit the site of a participating retailer. There are no catches or hidden charges and Café ReCharge will be really grateful for your donations.
Pay It Forward
Want to support us? Live too far away to visit us in person? Are you a company looking for a philanthropic cause to support? How about buying someone a meal token for our café?
£8 will buy a token for a meal and hot drink off our menu.
Our Meal Tokens are not means tested and are available on a pin board at the entrance to the café. Tokens can be purchased online and in the café. We also donate some to local charities and organisations for them to distribute to their service users as they see fit. Meal Tokens can be used by anyone in the community who feels they need it.
